How Do I Place An Order?
To place an order you go to the online shop, click the category, click the item within the category you want, and then choose your options from the drop down menus for that item. After that you just add the items to your cart and check out!
Why are the Ends of my Hair Rough?
The ends may appear to be rough because your extensions are raw and there is no way for raw virgin hair strands to always appear smooth and kept like it’s been processed that is misleading to what the hair is. All you would need to do is cowash with a good conditioner and allow to air dry if you must, you can trim the ends.
Payment and Shipping
Payments go through Paypal. Shipping takes place with USPS or DHL and arrive within 5-7 business days of ordering. If you order on a Friday after 4 pm your order will be shipped out the next business day (Monday). Orders made on weekends will be shipped out on the following Monday.
NOTE: After shipment is made and tracking number is given any issues regarding package shipment that is beyond our control must be taken up with the shipping company.

Ordering is secured by Paypal. For the online store the only option for paying is Paypal which is at checkout. Otherwise you can buy the hair with cash money, in person
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return with 3 days of receiving for an exchange. ( As long as the hair was not worn). we do not do refunds.
